The CD-25.2easily outperforms CD players priced at up to $1,000, and the superb build quality is immediately apparent from its good looks. Housed in a heavyweight chassis with good vibration control is a premium Philips CDM-1202/19  transport controlled by a CD-7 servo system. A cutting-edge Burr Brown 1738 24 bit, 192 kHz chip provides digital-to-analog conversion plus HDCD decoding of compatible CDs. A blue front-panel LED indicates playback of an HDCD disc. The high quality OPA 2134 op amp contributes to the overall performance. An innovative power supply with an extra transformer helps keep the CD-25 exceptionally quiet.

Two digital outs, one coaxial and one optical, let you use the CD-25.2 as a quality CD transport with an outboard DAC (though we doubt you'll even be tempted) or use the CD-25.2 with your own separate DSP device. Included with the Music Hall is a full function wireless remote CD25.2 Features:
